Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Massachusetts is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead safety, inventory control, and shrink reduction across the club. You will oversee counts, supervise team members, and drive improvements using business data to protect assets and ensure a safe member environment.

Lead with strong communication, develop the team, and ensure timely execution of protection programs while maintaining high standards for service and safety across all club operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and accident prevention duties.
• Leads inventory count programs and asset protection initiatives.
• Manages and supervises team members to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintains club policies and procedures; supports safe and positive work environment.
