BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead safety, asset protection and inventory control initiatives within the club. The role includes coordinating inventory counts, training team members, and ensuring compliance with safety standards to protect people and property.

The position requires strong leadership, experience in asset protection or inventory, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or management experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs safety inspections.
• Develops/teaches asset prevention programs.
• Leads, executes, and investigates results from inventory count program.
• Performs inventory counts.
• Manages inventory control functions and oversees count teams.
