BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to ensure safety, asset protection, and accurate inventory counts across the club. You will lead and train team members, execute theft-deterrence strategies, and oversee both physical and systemic processes to maintain count accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include leading cycle counts, managing shrink programs, and using data to drive improvements while modeling leadership, collaboration, and accountability to meet club

Formación

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Asset protection, safety, and inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Perform safety inspections and coordinate accident investigations.
• Lead inventory counts and manage inventory control processes.
• Oversee shrink deterrence programs and RTV/damage procedures.
• Analyze club shrink reports and investigate variances.
