Job summary

Walmart in Yakima, WA is hiring a leader to drive profitable store operations through effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory controls. You will supervise hourly associates, train teams, and implement safety and loss-prevention programs while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll partner with store leadership to analyze performance, execute business initiatives, and support community outreach.

Qualifications

Two years of college completed or equivalent supervisor experience in a multi-department environment.
Experience in areas such as accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention is preferred.
Strong leadership and training abilities with a focus on integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, and mentoring associates.
Oversee inventory control, shrink reduction, and loss prevention initiatives.
Ensure effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and cleanliness of the store.
Provide customer service leadership and resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
Conduct safety reviews, coach staff on accident prevention, and ensure policy adherence.
