Job summary

Qualifications

Protects assets by enforcing loss prevention and inventory controls.
Oversees safety programs and accident prevention in the store.
Drives sales through merchandising, pricing, and displays.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by effective merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, and signing.
Lead and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and feedback.
Enforce loss prevention procedures and improve profitability through inventory controls.
Ensure safety programs, accident prevention, and risk mitigation in store.
Collaborate with management to implement business initiatives and change efforts.
