Job summary

You will oversee inventory controls, conduct investigations, implement corrective actions, and partner with store leadership to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Completion of two years of college.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year of experience in asset protection, inventory control, or loss prevention.
• If applicable, successful completion of any state requirements to work in asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Reviews variances to inventory reports and investigates losses.
• Detects, deters, investigates and resolves violations of company policies and criminal activities.
• Oversees safety programs and accident prevention and training.
