Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year’s experience in one of: accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection.
• 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, cleanliness, and displays.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; tours stores and provides feedback.
• Protects assets by implementing loss prevention measures, investigating violations, and deterring theft.
• Ensures safety and compliance through risk controls, accident prevention, and adherence to policies.
