Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a capable store operations leader in Whitehall, PA to drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and display execution.

You will oversee stocking, cleanliness, and product rotations while guiding associates to deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll manage inventory controls, safety programs, and loss-prevention initiatives, mentoring teams and coordinating with store leadership to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a multi-department environment is a plus.
• Experience in asset protection, inventory control, or related areas is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective merchandising, pricing, signing and inventory levels.
• Lead and develop hourly associates through training and feedback.
• Oversee loss prevention and safety programs to protect assets.
• Respond to customer needs and resolve issues to maintain high service levels.
• Coordinate claims, receiving, and audits; ensure adherence to company policies.
