Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year’s experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection (for example, minimum age, specialized training, certification and/ or licensing).

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation and pricing, proper signing, inventory control, and cleanliness.
• Leads and develops teams by coaching and training associates and providing feedback.
• Oversees loss prevention, investigates policy violations, and conducts evidence gathering and reporting as needed.
• Manages safety programs, accident prevention training, and risk controls across facilities.
• Supports claims and receiving operations, ensuring policy compliance and timely processing.
