Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a hands-on Asset Protection Supervisor responsible for safety, asset protection, and inventory control within the club. You will lead counts, supervise teams, and ensure accurate loss prevention processes to protect assets and support store operations.

The role requires strong leadership, forklift experience, and open-shift availability, with a focus on team development and safe, compliant store practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading asset protection and inventory control teams.
• Background in wholesale/retail or grocery management preferred.
• Ability to oversee safety inspections and loss prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and oversees investigations.
• Leads inventory counts and supervises count teams.
• Develops asset protection and inventory control initiatives.
• Manages losses, CCTV reviews, and reporting accuracy.
