Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to safeguard the club’s assets, oversee inventory control, and lead a team of associates across protection and stockrooms. You will implement theft deterrence strategies, maintain safety standards, and drive adherence to policy while supporting member and team well-being.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, leading cycle counts, managing shrink reduction efforts, and mentoring staff to deliver accurate counts and secure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections. Instructs on accident prevention techniques and assists in accident investigations.
• Develops/teaches company asset prevention programs and initiatives.
• Leads, executes, and investigates results from inventory count program.
• Performs inventory counts.
• Manages inventory control functions, oversees count teams and programs.
