Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Massachusetts is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead inventory and safety initiatives within the club. You will supervise teams, drive shrink reduction, and enforce asset protection programs across daily operations, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and hands-on oversight of count cycles, security protocols, and process improvements to safeguard assets while maintaining excellent member service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with cross-functional supervision.
• Experience in asset protection, safety, or inventory control preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; open-shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections and support accident investigations.
• Lead inventory counts and supervise asset protection teams.
• Oversee shrink deterrence programs and count accuracy.
• Manage RTV, damaged items, and transfers per policy.
• Develop teams through training and coaching; ensure attendance and adherence to policies.
