Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Bridgeville, PA is hiring for an Asset Protection Supervisor who leads safety, asset protection, and inventory control efforts. You will oversee counts, train team members, and implement theft deterrence strategies to maintain inventory integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in asset protection or inventory control, and open-shift availability. Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer trust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or management experience is preferred.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and assists in accident investigations.
• Leads, executes and investigates results from inventory count program.
• Manages inventory control functions and oversees count teams and shrink deterrence.
• Maintains club policies and performs other duties as assigned.
