Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Taunton, MA seeks an Asset Protection Lead to safeguard assets and manage inventory control. You will supervise teams, implement theft deterrence strategies, and ensure safety standards are met across the club.

The role requires leadership, experience in asset protection, and the ability to manage cycle counts and loss prevention initiatives. Open shifts and a full-time schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or college degree or management experience preferred.
• Asset protection, safety and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership including supervising cross-functional teams.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and assists in accident investigations.
• Develops/teaches asset protection programs and initiatives.
• Leads, executes, and investigates results from inventory count program.
• Oversees inventory control functions and count teams.
• Manages losses identified through exception-based reporting and cash variances.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
