Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Taunton, MA is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to ensure safety, asset protection and accurate inventory. You will lead inventory counts, supervise teams, and implement theft-deterrence strategies while maintaining a safe club environment.

You’ll manage physical and systemic processes, monitor company asset protection programs, and partner with leadership to build a high-performing team that delivers results and protects our members and assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Asset protection, safety and inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including supervising cross-functional teams.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and assists in accident investigations.
• Leads, executes and investigates inventory count programs.
• Manages inventory control functions and oversees count teams.
• Oversees RTV process and ensures accuracy of damage returns.
• Develops effective asset protection programs and initiatives.
• Executes asset protection routines and communicates results to leadership.
