Qualifications

• Experience in asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team development.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections and lead accident prevention efforts.
• Lead inventory counts and supervise asset protection and inventory teams.
• Manage losses, variances, and implement shrink-deterrence programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain safe club environment daily.
