Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead theft mitigation strategies and maintain a safe club environment. You will train Member Experience Ambassadors and collaborate with RAPM and Home Office on 3rd party guard deployment.

Responsibilities include monitoring theft trends, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring policy compliance while driving profitability and safety across the club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better; college degree preferred.
• Prior asset protection, safety or inventory control experience required.
• Proven leadership, team supervision, training and results delivery.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develops and teaches asset protection programs.
• Investigates results from inventory counts to identify theft.
• Executes Asset Protection routines per the calendar.
• Executes merchandise protection standards against theft trends.
• Partners with RAPM and investigates theft, fraud, and ORC cases.
• Assists RAPM in deployment of 3rd party guards; liaises with police.
• Communicates investigation results to leadership.
• Conducts weekly CCTV reviews.
• Maintains data on inventory recoveries.
• Manages losses via exception-based reporting and cash variances.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
