Responsibilities

• Resolve theft with policy-compliant apprehensions in high shrinkage areas.
• Identify theft trends using reporting and surveillance.
• Drive shrinkage reduction through action plans and standards.
• Support internal theft investigations with data and surveillance.
• Investigate internal theft with evidence and collaboration.
• Maintain safety and security of customers and staff.
• Lead security audits and training to raise shrinkage awareness.
