Qualifications

• Valid security license required in specified locations (DC, CO, NY, MO, OR).

Responsibilities

• Resolve theft with sound judgment and compliant apprehensions.
• Identify theft trends using surveillance and reporting tools.
• Drive shrinkage reduction through action plans and standards.
• Support internal investigations with evidence gathering and collaboration with AP teams.
• Monitor activity via video systems to support investigations.
• Lead security audits and shrinkage awareness within the store.
• Serve on the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) and participate in training.
• Prepare prompt reports for incidents, recoveries, investigations and policy violations.
