Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 5+ years of retail Asset Protection experience in high-volume or luxury environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence interacting with store leadership and presenting to large groups.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with retail security systems, reporting platforms, and productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of annual physical inventory and reconciliation.
• Oversee audit planning, execution, and documentation; drive corrective actions with Store Leadership.
• Identify internal/external theft exposures and implement proactive strategies to reduce loss.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to Investigators.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies during investigations.
