Responsibilities

Support the Store Asset Protection Manager in executing the Asset Protection strategy and daily operations.
Oversee inventory integrity by monitoring reports, audits, and internal investigations.
Communicate with Store Leadership and Associates to drive awareness of shortage results.
Hire, develop, and performance-manage Asset Protection Investigators with leadership input.
Provide final oversight for audits and ensure readiness for internal/external audits.
Collaborate with sales support and store teams to maintain shortage control processes.
Work cross-functionally to ensure Asset Protection objectives are executed.
