Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to oversee the AP team's operations at the Buckhead location. You will supervise coverage, enforce access controls, monitor CCTV, and investigate losses to prevent theft and ensure safety.

You will coordinate audits, train staff, and collaborate with management while maintaining clear, timely communication. The role requires flexibility with shifts and strong teamwork in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• 1–5 years of experience in Asset Protection.
• Must be available to work rotating schedules, extra hours, days or shifts.
• Must have understanding of English, written and verbal.
• Articulate verbal and written communication skills.
• Communicate in a timely manner to all levels.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Demonstrates teamwork and positive results.
• Must distinguish colors.
• Must hear equipment and warning signals.
• Experience with computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise asset protection team's execution for assigned locations.
• Manage scheduling of asset protection staff for coverage.
• Ensure staff are trained for programs and procedures.
• Manage access control to safeguard facility.
• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory activities.
• Coordinate asset protection audits and tests; report findings.
• Utilize CCTV components and maintain surveillance capabilities.
• Investigate loss and resolve merchandise shortages and fraud.
• Maintain partnerships with store management, vendors and teams.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility security.
• Complete accident, incident and case reports in AP tracking system.
• Attend court proceedings if required; testify when necessary.
