Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Associate Asset Protection Manager to support the store's asset protection strategy and day-to-day operations. The role emphasizes inventory integrity, shortage reduction, investigations, and compliance.

You will monitor inventory reports, audits, and investigations; communicate shortage results to store teams; help hire, develop, and manage Asset Protection Investigators; and partner with teams to meet asset protection objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail asset protection experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of asset protection, loss prevention, and investigative procedures.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
