Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• 1-5 years of experience in Asset Protection in a similar environment.
• Able to work rotating schedules, extra hours, days or shifts.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; timely, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise asset protection team in assigned locations.
• Schedule asset protection staff for coverage.
• Ensure staff training on programs and procedures.
• Manage access control systems and security safeguards.
• Monitor inbound/outbound inventory processes.
• Coordinate AP audits, physical security tests, and reports.
• Maintain CCTV functionality and surveillance levels.
• Investigate loss, theft, and shortages.
• Prepare reports and testify in court if required.
• Collaborate with store management and vendors.
