Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a leader in asset protection and inventory control to safeguard stock and people within the club environment. You will guide safety protocols, drive theft-deterrence programs, and manage cycle counts while coaching frontline teams.

Leverage data to improve shrink results, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate reporting. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and timely execution of protection initiatives to meet club targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving results.
• Open shift availability required.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and assists in accident investigations.
• Develops/teaches asset protection and inventory control programs.
• Leads, executes, and investigates inventory count results.
• Oversees inventory control functions and count teams.
• Manages RTV processes and ensures damaged items are processed per guidelines.
• Develops effective teams in asset protection and/or inventory control.
