BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to safeguard assets and oversee inventory control, ensuring a safe, secure club environment. You will lead and coach team members, implement theft-deterrence measures, and drive compliance with corporate standards.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, shrink reduction initiatives, and data-driven investigations while mentoring staff. Open shifts and forklift experience are valued; 18+ years of age required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
• Prior asset protection, safety and inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, including managing cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Perform safety inspections and assist in accident investigations.
• Develop and lead asset protection programs and initiatives.
• Lead inventory counts and supervise count teams.
• Manage inventory control functions and shrink-deterrence programs.
• Oversee RTV process and ensure accurate damage/returns handling.
• Maintain club policies and ensure regular, predictable attendance.
