Bass Pro Shops in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to support asset protection, security, compliance, and safety in-store operations. You will monitor processes, educate Outfitters, and help maintain inventory accuracy while on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes investigating incidents, monitoring security tools, and promoting safety across the store. Prior experience in security or retail inventory is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate/Bachelor in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field.
• Licenses/certifications as required by local law.
• Experience in security, asset protection, and safety preferred or retail inventory background.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on shrink, safety and security for Outfitters.
• Communicate directives and initiatives to store leadership.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor while monitoring for suspicious activity.
• Identify root causes of shrink through data analysis and audits.
• Review inventory adjustments and resolve discrepancies with DC and Store teams.
