Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving training on shrink, safety, and security functions.
• Lead and cascade asset protection directives to leadership and Outfitters.
• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Analyze cycle counts and audits to identify shrink roots.
• Review reports and investigate inventory discrepancies.
