Job summary

Hibbett seeks individuals with great integrity to fill positions of store loss prevention. The Asset Protection Associate is a highly visible role where the right candidate will monitor on-floor behaviors, document concerns, and assist management in preventing theft.

Responsibilities include communicating suspicious activity, protecting assets and financial information, and providing professional service to customers while upholding store procedures and safety standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Positive customer service skills that will be used when interacting with store personnel and customers
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task
• Required to stand their whole shift, no sitting down on the observe scheduled

Responsibilities

• Thank customers for their business as they leave the store and invite them back.

• Protect the company's assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.
