Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking an Asset Management and Production Specialist to support production and creative teams by organizing digital assets and aiding shoot execution. This hybrid role requires in-office days at our Palatine, IL campus and involves hands-on asset operations plus production coordination.

Responsibilities include DAM organization, asset ingestion, coordinating shoots, and collaborating with photographers, editors, and producers to ensure timely, high-quality asset delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in production coordination or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Asset Management Support Weber Blackstone’s Brand Folder (DAM) ensuring clear organization structure, searchability, accuracy and consistency.
• Upload, keyword and organize final assets from multiple channels in the DAM and servers.
• Identify and replace outdated or expired assets across platforms as directed.
• Oversee rendering requests for handoff to retouching team.
• Independently run smaller shoots from pre-production through delivery.
• Track deliverables closely with the Producer to ensure on-time completion.
• Assist the Producer with shoot planning as needed (logistics, schedules, resourcing).
• Work closely with internal and external photographers, videographers and editors to ensure on-time, quality delivery of assets.
• Manage sample ordering and tracking, including intake, check-out, and return.
• Assist post-shoot clean up.
