Job summary

Kodify in the United States seeks a detail-oriented Content Coordinator to support our Content and Post Production teams. You’ll manage daily flow of assets, track deadlines, and coordinate with production, post, and web teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will organize files, maintain records, and help with metadata in our CMS. This fast-paced role suits someone who keeps multiple projects organized and communicates clearly across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Proactive in providing updates and seeking clarification when needed.
• Comfortable using Smartsheets, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Frame.io, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of digital media formats (photo/video).
• Familiarity with asset storage or archiving systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds when handling media or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Track project statuses and keep schedules up to date.
• Maintain timelines and task lists with Smartsheets/Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors.
• Document asset delivery, feedback, and updates.
• Assist with archiving materials and distribution to editors.
• Update storage systems and CMS metadata.
