Kodify is seeking a detail-oriented Content Coordinator to support our Content and Post Production teams. You will help organize, track, and distribute digital media assets, ensuring efficient handoffs between editors and stakeholders.

The role involves coordinating across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining asset records, and supporting the CMS content updates. Join a dynamic team and contribute to high‑quality video content delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating content and post-production workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Proactive in providing updates and seeking clarification when needed.

• Coordinate with production, post, web, systems and vendors.
• Document asset delivery, feedback, and updates clearly.
