Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to own the lifecycle performance of assets across the BU. You will lead fleet management, margin analysis and profitability, coordinating across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS to optimize asset value.

The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires strong leadership, analytics and cross-functional collaboration to drive asset performance and strategic redeployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.

Responsibilities

Oversee fleet performance and asset analysis within assigned BU.
Lead asset reviews and weekly asset calls across the BU.
Coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS functions.
Drive asset redeployment, profitability and lifecycle management.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
Prepare depreciation and lifecycle analyses for the fleet.
