Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to drive lifecycle performance of assets across the BU. You will manage fleet performance, margin analysis, and profitability, coordinating with sales, rental, maintenance and finance teams to optimize asset value.

The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires strong analytical and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and process optimization across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management and asset performance across the BU.
• Coordinate asset calls/reviews and lead cross-functional asset initiatives.
• Analyze product lines, margins, customer and location profitability; optimize ROA.
• Partner with Sales, Rental, Maintenance and SCS/RVS to maximize asset value.
• Provide leadership and mentoring across asset management teams.
