Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION, within the US Asset Owners division, seeks a Client Service Senior Associate in Quincy, MA. You will be the daily contact for multiple client relationships, resolving inquiries promptly and coordinating with COEs and service partners to ensure SLA compliance.

You will also participate in governance, KPI reviews, and client implementations, compiling documentation and preparing materials for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.
• Ensure client inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units to resolve service and operational issues.
• Facilitate communication across service partners and clients.
• Work with shared services, outsource partners, and business units to ensure SLA compliance.
• Participate in projects, governance, oversight activities, committees, and KPI reviews.
• Keep management informed of service issues and business opportunities.
• Compile client documentation, organize meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments for successful implementations.
