Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations Vice President in Quincy, MA. You will oversee complex daily operations, act as the main escalation point, and resolve inquiries from clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will coordinate new funds and systems, support client conversions, and lead AVP and Officer teams in achieving robust, scalable operations with a focus on risk oversight and performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; 8–10 years of related experience.
• Deep knowledge of Bank Loan asset class and related operations.
• Experience with Fund Accounting, Custody, Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, and Trade Processing.
• Proven ability to lead and oversee multi-staff delivery in a service-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex daily operations and processes for Bank Loans.
• Serve as primary contact and escalation point for operational issues.
• Receive and resolve inquiries from clients and internal teams; ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate implementation of new funds, systems and processes; assist with client conversions.
