Job summary

State Street is seeking a Client Service Lead in the US Asset Owners division. You will be the primary contact for multiple client relationships, manage client activities, and resolve inquiries promptly, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will build strong relationships with external clients and internal partners, monitor the performance of shared service teams and COEs, and oversee implementations by coordinating with internal departments across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.
• Ensure client inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units to resolve service and operational issues.
• Facilitate communication across service partners and clients.
• Work with shared services, outsource partners, and business units to ensure SLA compliance.
• Participate in projects, governance, oversight activities, committees, and KPI reviews.
• Keep senior management informed of service issues and business opportunities.
• Compile client documentation, organize meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments for successful implementations.
