Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Client Implementation Lead to coordinate end-to-end onboarding for clients across all asset classes, including derivatives and repos. You will lead due diligence, identify gaps, design client solutions, and manage timelines, conversions, and post-go-live activities.

The role requires 10+ years in front-to-back integration, strong middle-office experience, and excellent communication to align stakeholders and drive efficient onboarding practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience with front, middle, and back office integration, functionality, and electronic trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of Transaction Management Middle Office services and operating models; subject matter expertise in standard financial services data.
• Experience with Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and repos; knowledge of DTCC CTM, DTCC Alert, FX Connect, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-operations projects across project phases.
• Configure the Alpha platform for client-specific workflows with portfolio managers.
• Define plan scope and manage expectations for successful delivery with stakeholders.
• Manage business analysis and requirements definition.
• Support project management, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
• Build relationships with sponsors across Operations, Technology and the business.
