Job summary

State Street is seeking a Client Service Senior Associate in the US Asset Owners division. You will serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients, ensuring inquiries are answered promptly and issues resolved efficiently.

You will liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other units to maintain service delivery and KPI performance. The role requires strong communication, a consultative mindset, and the ability to collaborate across organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.
• Ensure client inquiries are addressed and resolved promptly.
• Coordinate with COEs and Shared Service teams to resolve issues.
• Facilitate communication across service partners and clients.
• Ensure SLA compliance with shared services and outsource partners.
• Participate in governance, KPI reviews, and projects.
• Keep management informed of service issues and opportunities.
• Prepare client documentation and presentations.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments for implementations.
