Job summary

WSP USA Advisory is seeking a senior asset management consultant to lead and deliver engagements with transit, highways, water and energy clients across the United States. You will oversee strategic planning, data governance, and lifecycle cost analysis to improve service delivery and risk management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 10+ years of experience, with strong facilitation, communication, and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Planning, Operations Research or related field.
• 10+ years of post-education experience delivering asset management projects.
• Experience as a consultant managing complex asset management projects.
• Experience in ISO55001 implementation within agencies operationally.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills including asset lifecycle cost analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and pursue strategic consulting services including maintenance, technology, asset data, organization and process improvements.
• Lead implementation of asset management improvement initiatives with multi-disciplinary client teams.
• Develop asset management plans, facility condition assessments, asset performance management and data governance.
• Contribute to staffing needs and staff retention and engagement.
• Lead business development activities with the team and identify opportunities.
• Maintain quality standards of existing services with robust procedures.
• Develop client relationships and mentor junior staff.
