Job summary

Woodard & Curran in San Francisco is expanding its Asset Management team and seeks a professional to track, analyze, and optimize asset lifecycles for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The role is remote with travel to facilities across the country.

You will partner with Area Managers, Plant/Project Managers, and the Technology Team, reporting to the Asset Management Services Manager, and travel an average of 50-65% as project needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Utility Industry with CMMS, maintenance coordination, and asset inventory.
• Experience with CMMS systems and asset management best practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of presenting data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset inventories using CMMS or EAM systems.
• Develop asset lifecycle strategies: acquisition, maintenance, disposal.
• Perform physical audits and condition assessments.
• Analyze asset performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, finance, and operations to align asset strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Management standards.
• Prepare reports on asset health, risk, and replacement forecasting.
• Support capital planning and budgeting processes.
• Train staff on asset management procedures and tools.
