Job summary

Center for Digital Governmtent seeks a Program Manager to lead the Asset Management Program within the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Utility Operations. You will oversee CMMS implementation, inventory, and data governance, coordinating with maintenance teams and contractors to optimize water and wastewater asset performance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Experience managing assets and supply chains in utilities, public works, or related industry is expected.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CMMS, asset management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the Asset Management Program within the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Utility Operations.
• Develop and implement governance documents, workflows, and policies for asset management.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, inventory control, and data quality in CMMS.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure reliable water and wastewater plant operations.
• Lead KPI development, performance reviews, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee contract development, procurement, and contractor performance.
• Ensure alignment with funding sources and regulatory requirements.
