Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking an Asset Management Project Manager for our San Francisco, Concord, and Sacramento offices. You will lead end-to-end AM programs, drive strategy, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact water/wastewater solutions.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, ISO 55000 alignment, and BI/dashboard development, with opportunities to mentor staff and engage with national AM initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial/Systems Engineering (or related field); PE license required.
• 15+ years of experience in Asset Management with risk, levels of service and lifecycle frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex consulting projects including scope, schedule, budget; build client trust.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end: lead asset management programs with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Shape strategy and win work: drive pursuit through proposals and regional opportunities.
• Define technical roadmap: guide AM programs from data analysis to actionable recommendations.
• Advance technology: guide CMMS/EAM selections and implement dashboards and data tools.
• Represent Hazen at professional organizations; contribute thought leadership.
• Mentor junior staff to build technical depth in asset management.
