Job summary

DC Water is seeking a Manager, Asset Management to lead the Asset Management program across the Wastewater Treatment operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate with operations, engineering, warehousing, and procurement to optimize resources and asset performance.

The role requires nine years of progressive experience in maintenance of industrial equipment, plus CMMS administration and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Nine years of progressive experience in maintenance of industrial/process equipment.
• Asset Management experience including admin of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Asset Management activities and supervise subordinates.
• Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, warehousing, and procurement to optimize materials and workforce.
• Maintain asset records, Maximo data, and equipment history.
• Manage budget requests for equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Ensure safety and compliance with rules and procedures.
• Assist with short- and long-term planning and goal development.
• Oversee and implement Asset Management program initiatives.
• Lead Authority-wide Asset Management initiatives.
