Job summary

Anne Arundel County seeks a professional to direct the Bureau of Utility Operations Asset Management Program. The role involves collaboration with Asset Management Consultants to set up governing documents, workflows, and policies, and to implement and administer asset data across CMMS (VueWorks) and related systems.

The incumbent will oversee maintenance programs, inventory control, and data quality, ensuring effective asset hierarchies and integration with PMs, work orders, and safety

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university; four or more years of experience managing assets and supply chains in utilities or related industry.
• Experience with CMMS to manage asset data, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to develop KPIs and manage contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Asset Management program activities including development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Oversee CMMS data integrity, PM programs, inventory, and spare parts management.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and external contractors to deliver CIP projects.
• Develop and administer contracts, RFPs, bids, and monitor contractor performance.
