Job summary

Center for Digital Governmtent seeks a senior program manager to direct the Bureau of Utility Operations Asset Management Program. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university and four or more years of experience managing assets and supply chains in a utility or related industry.
• Experience with CMMS, inventory, work orders and asset management; familiarity with data governance and asset hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Develops KPIs to determine program effectiveness.
• Develops policies and procedures related to the Asset Management Program.
• Oversees CMMS and inventory programs, PMs, work orders, and asset data integration.
• Coordinates with Asset Management Consultant team to establish governing documents, workflows, and policies.
• Provides training for the Asset Management Program and CMMS usage; supports data governance.
