Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the BU, including fleet management, profitability analysis, and asset deployment.

You will coordinate closely with sales, rental, maintenance, and administration and report to the Director of Asset Management. This role requires strong analytical ability, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management with 20-30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance, customer and location profitability, and vehicle performance analysis within assigned BU.
• Coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and Finance to maximize asset performance and ROA.
• Lead asset reviews, asset calls, and special projects across the BU.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics
