Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a logistics professional to join the Asset Management (AM) unit within the Materials & Information Management (MIM) department. The role focuses on government property oversight, accuracy, and excellent customer service across the organization.

Day-to-day activities include asset tagging, records updates, stock level analysis, metric development, and cross-functional collaboration. A related field degree is required; FAR/CFAR familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support government property oversight from cradle to grave (asset tagging, records updates, dispositions).
• Maintain understanding of FAR/CFAR and government property requirements.
• Execute inventory control and material management (stock analysis, transactions, reports, metrics).
• Develop and maintain metrics to improve property and inventory performance.
• Provide superior customer service and support site, corporate, and program initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with peers, partners, stakeholders, and leadership across boundaries.
