Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Three years of supply chain, accounting, or procurement experience required.
• Experience with Smartsheet and asset inventory platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with integrated accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintains asset inventory records through identification, documentation, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Coordinates equipment onboarding, transfer, movement, replacement, and disposition.
• Monitors asset transactions to strengthen internal controls and readiness for audits.
• Analyzes asset cost, condition, and valuation for financial treatment and decision making.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to coordinate asset-related activities and resolve issues.
• Supports asset lifecycle initiatives by coordinating information and implementation activities.
• Identifies and implements improvements to asset management processes and data integrity.
• Validates data from enterprise systems for asset lifecycle analysis and procurement.
