Job summary

Parkland Health is seeking an experienced Asset Management professional to manage cradle-to-grave inventory and asset tracking. You will maintain asset data, coordinate deliveries, and support multiple departments in testing and deployment of assets.

The role requires extensive experience with ERP systems and barcode/RFID scanning, plus a Texas Class C driver's license. You will work across Purchasing, IT, Clinical Engineering, and other teams to keep assets accurately recorded.

Qualifications

• Six years of supply chain experience.
• Two years of asset management/inventory control experience.
• Experience with barcode or RFID scanners.
• Automated inventory management experience.
• Texas Driver’s License Class C required.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and coordinate product deliveries to Parkland; maintain asset expediting database; coordinate testing, inspection, assembly and trade-ins with end users and intermediate departments.
• Verify products in receiving; compare with packing slips; ensure PO numbers in ERP and asset management systems; ensure accuracy of received products.
• Coordinate, update, and maintain the asset management system to track capital and non-capital assets; tagging, location, and physical counts.
• Provide cross-training to staff; oversee Asset Management Technician I as required.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly KPI documentation and reporting for assigned activities.
• Perform other duties or participate in special projects as assigned by leadership.
